In Which Cases We Process Personal Data

We will process personal data that you actively provide to us through your submissions. Additionally, we will process personal data automatically based on your use of our service. Specifically, in the cases mentioned below, your personal data may be processed:
Visiting our website
Creating a customer account
Purchasing virtual currency
Contacting other users or us
Email newsletters
Approaches made to us
Chats, approaches to other users
Analysis of user motivations for visiting our site and how they use it
Analysis of the success of our advertising measures
Personalization of advertising measures
Defense against attacks on our technical infrastructure
For more details, please refer to the following explanations.

Visiting Our Website

When you visit our website, the company we have hired to operate the site will store the public IP address of the computer you are using to visit our site. This includes the date and time of access. The IP address is a unique numerical address through which your computer sends and receives data via the internet. Normally, neither we nor our service provider will know to whom the IP address belongs unless you provide us with any data that allows us to identify you while using our site. Additionally, a user may be identified if we take legal measures (e.g., in cases of cyberattacks on our site) and are informed of the user's identity during the investigation process. As a general rule, you need not worry about us making a connection between you and your IP address.
Our service provider uses the IP address to allow you to visit and use our site, as well as to detect and prevent attacks on our site. Unfortunately, websites are often targeted by attacks intended to harm operators and users (e.g., blocking access, spying on data, distributing malware such as viruses or for other illegal purposes). These attacks would undermine the intended use of our site and the security of its visitors. The IP address, along with the time of the visit, is processed to prevent such attacks and potential dangers resulting from them to us and our site's users. Through our service provider, we are pursuing legitimate interests in maintaining our business operations and preventing illegal interference that could affect us or the visitors to our site. The legal basis for this processing activity is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The stored IP data will be deleted through anonymization as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of identifying or preventing attacks.

Contact Methods

Whenever you contact us through one of the provided contact methods, we will use the data you provide to process your inquiry. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, according to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If your request aims to complete or process a contract with us, the additional legal basis for the processing activity is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data will be deleted after your request has been completed. In cases where we are legally required to retain data for a longer period, it will be deleted after the end of that period.

Creating a Customer Account

You are using our service to have erotic adventures and connect with other users. To utilize all the features of our offering, you need to create a customer account. In addition to the required information during the registration process, all other personal information will be provided voluntarily. You decide which information you want to include in your user profile. You can edit or delete your data at any time. The more information you provide, the greater the chances of other users finding you and recognizing shared mutual interests. As our site is accessible to everyone via the internet, all information you provide will be public. There are additional processes to identify and protect children—if we learn that the data belongs to children and was collected without authorization, it will be deleted as quickly as possible. Otherwise, please contact us.
If you do not provide any data that allows us to identify you (such as your mobile number), you can use our service without us knowing who you are. If you purchase credits, you will need to provide your name and address, but only our payment service provider will receive this data, which will not be passed on to us. This way, you can use our service anonymously.
If you create a customer account and add information to your profile, we will process the data you provide for this purpose, in order to create and manage your customer account, as well as to enable you to use the services related to your customer account. Additionally, the data will be used for our service and will be accessible to other users, according to its purpose (e.g., searching for specific inclinations and interests, compatibility checks to identify mutual interests and preferences). The legal basis for this processing activity is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
During the account creation process, we may identify your approximate location based on your IP address. We will use this information to pre-fill this location in your user profile, which you can change. This is done to ensure that members of our service use the correct location for local searches and, unless they adjust the location, find other members. The legal basis for this processing activity is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data will be stored until the customer account is deleted. In cases where we are legally required to retain data beyond this event (e.g., to comply with accounting obligations), or if we are legally permitted to retain data beyond this event (e.g., in the case of ongoing legal action against the account owner), the data will be deleted as soon as the legal obligation or authorization to retain the data ceases to exist.

Deleting Your Account via Web Browser

Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner, where you will have access to your profile settings. Click on "delete account" and confirm that you really want to delete your account by selecting "I confirm I want to delete my account." The legal basis for this processing activity is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as you are agreeing to the transfer of data by using the corresponding service.
Processing of Special Categories of Personal Data According to Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you add any data to your profile, or communicate any data to us for processing, that could be considered a special category of data under Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (e.g., ethnic origin, religious or ideological beliefs, data related to sexual life or sexual orientation), we will process this data exclusively based on your voluntary indications and use it only to provide the functionalities of our service for which this data will be accessed and used. This involves the public indication of this data in relation to your customer account for other users of our service, public search functions for users, compatibility checks, and all other functionalities for which you, as a user, acknowledge that this data is being used. If you do not want this to be done, please do not add any data of the nature defined in Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to your user profile and do not communicate such data to us or other users.

User Chat

As part of our contractual services, we offer our users the option to send and receive chat messages. The legal basis for the corresponding processing of personal data is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The corresponding messages will be saved until you delete them, unless we are legally required or authorized to continue storing them.

Purchasing Credits

If you purchase credits, we will process the data you provide to complete and process the contract. As necessary, the data will be transferred to service providers for billing your purchase, or the data will be collected and processed by these service providers. The legal basis for this processing activity is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will also process this data in connection with your IP address to identify and prevent fraud attempts, based on Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Thus, we aim to protect ourselves from fraudulent transactions.
Data stored in connection with the completion of a contract related to the purchase of a product will be deleted after the legal retention obligation expires. In cases where there are legal requirements for record-keeping and retention obligations (e.g., retention of invoices according to tax law), the legal basis for this processing activity is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will delete or anonymize the data as soon as it is no longer necessary for processing the respective contract and any legal retention obligation has ceased.

Newsletter

When you register for our offering, we inform you that we will use your email address to send our newsletter in accordance with § 7, Paragraph 3 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG). You can object to this use at any time, which will result in your removal from our email list. You will find a corresponding link at the end of each newsletter.
The legal basis for this processing activity is § 7, Paragraph 3 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG) in conjunction with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest is to keep you informed about our services based on permission according to § 7, Paragraph 3 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition.

For this functionality, the service provider assigns a pseudonymous identification number (ID) to your browser to process which ads have already been displayed on your browser and which you have accessed. Additionally, you can adjust your browser settings to no longer accept third-party cookies or only from sites you have visited.
